Today was a great day – Ryan’s 7th Birthday.
He has been looking forward to it so much – it’s been a blast to watch him remind everyone of the countdown. “Three more days to my Birthday!” (This actually started about 2 weeks ago, just after the hoopla around Dylan’s Birthday started to settle out.)
He really enjoyed all of the excitement of the day, and he truly loves being part of the family…OUR family. We are so fortunate to have such a sweet little boy to love.
As Spring starts to break and the temperatures inch up, Ryan is really looking forward to Spring Break and our vacation. He’s a good traveler (as are all our children), so we should have a good journey. I can’t wait to start making those memories.
In the meantime, we recently made a trip to NYC to visit the Museum of Natural History, Ryan had a cool play date with one of his good friends, and marked the passing of the first 100 Days of Kindergarten. Here are some recent photos:
Dylan and his friend Dean, in school.
Playing around in Central Park after the Museum
With Kyle at the Museum.
Relaxing with Ashley at the Museum
Inhaling some Ice Cream in NYC
Goofing it up in NYC.
Anyway, so ends Ryan’s first birthday with our family. We can’t wait for all of the others to come.
(But just not too quickly, please…)
Happy Birthday Rye-Guy. We love you.
